Vestry

The Vestry is responsible for All Saints’ governance. With the Rector, the Vestry defines the church’s mission, supports the mission with word and deed, and provides accountability and support to the Rector and Ministry Council.
 
All Saints' Vestry includes 9 members who may be serving a 3-year term or a 1-year term. At the Annual Meeting, on the last Sunday of January, parishioners elect the new Vestry members.
 
The Rector and Wardens set agendas for Vestry meetings.
 
Vestry members serve collectively as liaisons to All Saints' Ministry Council teams or as an officer of the Vestry (Rector's Warden, People's Warden, Treasurer or Clerk).

Ministry Council

All Saints' ministries are networked into six cooperative teams. Each ministry has a leader, who is supported by the other leaders of that team, and the Ministry Council members for that team.  Each Ministry Council member serves a 3-year term.

The Ministry Council meets monthly for information sharing and collaborative planning.  Minutes of the monthly Ministry Council meetings are provided to the Vestry.  Ministry Council members attend the monthly Vestry meetings on a rotational basis in order to communicate information and answer questions.
