Welcoming All · Celebrating God’s Grace · Equipping the Saints · Serving the World
The Vestry is responsible for All Saints’ governance. With the Rector, the Vestry defines the church’s mission, and supports the mission with word and deed, and provides and accountability and support to the rector and Ministries Council.
All Saints' Vestry includes 12 members, each serving a 3 year term. At the Annual Meeting, on the last Sunday of January, parishioners elect 4 new Vestry members.
Together, the rector and the wardens form the executive team: which sets agendas for Vestry meetings.
Each Vestry member serves as a liaison to one of All Saints' ministries teams, or as an officer of the Vestry (Rector's Warden, People's Warden, Treasurer or Clerk).
All Saints’ Vestry meets on the fourth Thursday of each month.
Meetings are open to the public. Minutes are available in the Parish Office.

All Saints' ministries are networked into six cooperative teams of ministries. Each team has a leader who serves a 3-year term. As a body, the six team leaders form All Saints' Ministry Council.
The Ministry Council supports parish ministries, meeting monthly to share information, and to plan collaborative events. Each Ministry Team Leader submits a monthly report to the Vestry, and is supported by a Vestry Liaison.
A new Ministry Council will be commissioned in 2021.
